Im skinny but my abs which i workout often do not show, i have a pot belly?

Im quite skinny, trying not to be...but my abs which i workout often dont show in spite of being skinny, i have no fat on my sides or ribcage but my stomach looks bloated. Basically im skinny but have a beer belly, how can i get rid of this or make my abs actually pop out
